Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Reservations

If you would like to book a campsite for one month or longer, you can start placing reservations from January 15, 2018 at 9:00am. These reservations must be completed using the Online Reservation System. For all electrical sites, other than Full Season Sites and Two Week Maximum sites, the maximum number of nights to reserve is 112 nights per reservation. Please note that the monthly rate is applied to 28 nights, or 4 weeks. For example, if a site is rented for 31 nights, you will pay the monthly rate for 28 nights, then the nightly rate for 3 nights to equal 31 nights.

You can start placing reservations for any length of time from February 01, 2018 at 9:00am. These reservations must be completed using the Online Reservation System.

Minimum number of nights to reserve a site is TWO (2) nights.

There is a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee applied to each transaction. Full payment plus the reservation fee is required before a reservation can be confirmed. A Visa or MasterCard will be required.

Check-in time 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. You will NOT have access to your site prior to 2:00pm. Camping unit(s) and all belongings MUST be removed from the site no later than 11:00am on your check-out date. Additional fees WILL be applied if you are not checked out by 11:00am.

Refunds are NOT given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, air quality, fire bans, liquor bans, getting lost, etc.

ONE (1) camping unit is permitted in each site, along with a kitchen tent and a small dependent tent (for children). At the discretion of and with permission from the General Manager, a maximum of TWO (2) camping units may be permitted per campsite. Additional camping fees for the extra unit will be required. A maximum of TWO (2) vehicles and ONE (1) boating unit is permitted at each campsite only if these all fit within that campsite. All other vehicles and boats must be parked in a designated parking area.

Reservations are held until noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date. If you do not notify the park directly of a late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled, all reservation and camping fees will be forfeited, and the park will have the right to rent the campsite to another camper.

Reservations for Full Season Sites

Reservations for Full Season campsites can be placed using our Online Reservation System starting January 15, 2018 at 9:00am. The following 10 sites are the ONLY sites available to rent for the full season:

Site #17, 20, 23, 29, 35, 46, 50, 53, 62, and 64

If the above sites are not reserved prior to February 01, 2018 at 9:00am, these sites will become available to reserve for any length of time.

If you reserve one of the above sites for the full season and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give at least 14 days’ notice prior to your arrival at the park. You will be charged a $10.00 fee to make the change and will receive a refund of 50% for the days that are cancelled. The $5.00 reservation fee is NOT refundable.

If you reserve one of the above sites for the full season and decide to cancel the entire stay, you must give at least 30 days’ notice prior to your arrival at the park. You will receive a full refund, less the $5.00 reservation fee and $25.00 cancellation fee.

Reservations for One Month or Longer (Excluding Full Season Reservations)

If you would like to reserve a campsite for one month or longer (excluding Full Season reservations), you can start placing reservations online from January 15, 2018 at 9:00am. All electrical sites that are not classified as Full Season sites or Two Week Maximum sites can be rented for one month or longer. Please note that any Full Season site will be available to reserve for any length of time if it is not booked for the entire season before February 01, 2018 at 9:00am.

If you reserve a site for a month or longer and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give a minimum 7 days’ notice prior to your arrival at the park. You will be charged a $10.00 fee to make the change and refunded your camping fees for the cancelled dates. If you do not give at least 7 days’ notice, you will not receive a refund. The $5.00 reservation fee is NOT refundable.

If you reserve a site for a month or longer and decide to cancel your entire reservation, you must give a minimum 7 days’ notice prior to your arrival at the park. You will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 7 days’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee, forfeit one night’s camping fee, and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee, forfeit 50% of camping fees and be refunded the remainder of your fees. The $5.00 reservation fee is NOT refundable.

Reservations for Less Than One Month

If you would like to reserve a site for less than a month, you can start placing reservations on February 01, 2018 at 9:00am.

The following 11 sites are Two Week Maximum sites:

Site #16, 22, 24, 30, 34, 44, 49, 52, 59, 60, and 66

These sites can only be reserved for a maximum of two (2) weeks, then you must vacate the site.

If you reserve a site for less than a month and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to your arrival at the park. You will be charged a $10.00 fee to make the change. The $5.00 reservation fee is NOT refundable.

If you reserve a site for less than a month and decide to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to your arrival at the park. You will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 72 hours’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee, forfeit one night’s camping fee, and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit all fees paid. The $5.00 reservation fee is NOT refundable.

If you do not show up for your site, you will forfeit all fees paid.

Overflow Campsite Reservations

Sites #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7B, 8, 8B, 9, and 10

All overflow sites are non-electric and cannot be reserved. These sites work on a “first come, first serve” policy upon arrival at the park. These sites can be checked into no earlier than 11:00am. Full payment and a camping unit (tent or trailer) must be put into the site immediately. These sites have a maximum stay of two (2) weeks.

Group Camping Reservations

The Group Camping area is a large private area surrounded by trees. There are ten (10) 30amp plugins, ten (10) fire pits, ten (10) picnic tables, potable water access in the area, an extra-large fire pit, and can fit approximately 7-8 large trailers, as well as tents and small trailers.

Reservations for Group Camping will be accepted by E-MAIL ONLY starting January 15, 2018 at 9:00am. The park will respond to Group Camping reservation requests on a “first come, first serve” basis. Full payment will be required at the time of reservation confirmation. A $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee will be applied to each reservation.

Group Camping reservations for smaller groups interested in booking only part of the Group Camping area will start being accepted on March 01, 2018 by E-MAIL ONLY. You must have a minimum of 4 trailers. If you cancel and require a refund for any number of trailers and no longer meet the required 4 trailer minimum, you must still pay for 4 trailers to keep your reservation in Group Camping. St. Brieux Regional Park reserves the right to put other trailers and small groups in Group Camping at the same time.

If you reserve Group Camping and would like to cancel your reservation, you must give at least 7 days’ notice for a full refund less the $5.00 reservation fee and $25.00 cancellation fee. If you give less than 7 days’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a 50% refund less the $5.00 reservation fee and $25.00 cancellation fee. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice or if you do not show up for your reservation, there will be NO REFUND.

Marina Reservations

Marina reservations will start being accepted by e-mail only on January 15, 2018 at 9:00am. The park will respond to marina reservation requests on a “first come, first serve” basis. Full payment will be required at the time of reservation confirmation. A $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee will be applied to each reservation. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for a full refund of cancelled days.
