Reservations

If you are booking for one month or longer, you can access and start placing reservations starting January 15, 2017 at 9:00am. These reservations will only be accepted on the website. For all electrical sites, other than Full Season Sites (121 nights) and 2-Week only sites, the maximum number of nights to reserve is 115 nights (for each reservation). Please note that the monthly rate is applied to 28 nights (4 weeks), not 29-31 nights. For example, if a site is rented for 31 nights you will pay the monthly rate for 28 nights, then the nightly rate for 3 nights to equal 31 nights.

You can access and start placing reservations for any length of time starting February 01, 2017 at 9:00am. These reservations will only be accepted on the website.

Minimum number of nights to reserve a site is TWO (2) nights.

There is a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee applied to each transaction. Full payment plus the reservation fee is required at time of placing a reservation. A Visa or Mastercard will be required.

Check-in time 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. You will NOT have access to your site prior to 2:00pm. Camping unit(s) and all belongings MUST be removed from the site no later than 11:00am on your check-out date. Additional fees will be applied if you are not checked out by 11:00am.

Refunds are NOT given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, air quality, fire bans, liquor bans, car trouble, getting lost, etc.

ONE (1) camping unit is permitted in each site, along with a kitchen tent and a small dependent tent (for children). At the discretion of and with permission from the General Manager, a maximum of TWO (2) camping units may be permitted per campsite. Additional Camping fees for the extra unit will be required. A maximum of TWO (2) vehicles and ONE (1) boating unit is permitted at each campsite only if these all fit within that campsite. All other vehicles and boats must be parked in a designated parking area.

Reservations are held until noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date. If you do not notify the Park directly of a late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled, all reservation and camping fees will be forfeited and the Park will have the right to give the site away to another camper.

Reservations for Full Season Sites (May 19 – September 17, 2017)

To reserve a Full Season Site, you can access and start placing reservations online on January 15, 2017 at 9:00am.  The following 6 sites are the ONLY sites available to rent for the full season:

Site #18, 20, 23, 37, 53 and 62

If the above sites are not reserved prior to February 01, 2017 at 9:00am, these sites will, at that time, become available to reserve for any length of time.

If you reserve one of the above sites for the full season and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give at minimum 14 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park at the beginning of the season. You will be charged a $10.00 fee to make the change and will receive a refund of 50% for the days that are cancelled. The reservation fee of $5.00 is NOT refundable.

Example #1: You reserve the site for full season, May 19 – September 17, in a 30 amp site. The full cost of the site that was paid at time of reservation was 4 months x monthly rate of $677.00 = $2,708.00 plus 1 week x weekly rate of $191.00 plus 2 nights at nightly rate of $32.00 for a total of $2,963.00 plus $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee = $2,968.00. If you decide that you will be leaving September 08 therefore cancelling 8 nights and you give 14 days’ notice prior to your arrival on May 19, your refund will work like the following:

Cancelled 9 nights = weekly rate ($191.00) plus 2 nights ($64.00) = $255.00 – $10.00 (change fee) = $245.00 will be your refund. 

Please note that if you do not give the 14 day notice PRIOR to your ARRIVAL DATE of May 19 of the change of dates, there will be no refund.

If you reserve one of the above sites for the full season and decide to cancel the entire stay, you must give at minimum 30 days’ notice prior to your arrival at the Park at the beginning of the season. You will receive a refund of 50% of the total paid at the time of reservation. The reservation fee of $5.00 is NOT refundable.

Example #2: You reserve the site for full season, May 19 – September 17, in a 30 amp site. The full cost of the site that was paid at time of reservation was 4 months x monthly rate of $677.00 = $2,708.00 plus 1 week x weekly rate of $191.00 plus 2 nights at nightly rate of $32.00 for a total of $2,963.00 plus $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee = $2,968.00. You decide you want to cancel your entire stay and you give 30 days’ notice prior to your arrival date of May 19 (so you must cancel no later than April 18), 50% of your total amount paid will be refunded ($1,481.50) the other 50% will not be refunded, so please ensure when reserving for the full season that you can actually use your reservation.

Please note that if you do not give the 30 day notice PRIOR to your ARRIVAL DATE of May 19 of the cancellation, there will be no refund.

Reservations for one month or more (not including full season reservations)

If you would like to reserve a site for one month or more (not including full season reservations), you can access and start placing reservations online on January 15, 2017 at 9:00am. All electrical sites that are not classified as full season sites or 2-week maximum stay sites can be rented for one month or longer. Please note that if the 6 sites that are full season sites are still available on February 01, 2017, these sites will be available to reserve for any length of time.

If you reserve a site for a month or longer and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give a minimum 7 days’ notice prior to your arrival at the Park. You will be charged a $10.00 fee to make the change and refunded your camping fees for the cancelled dates. If you do not give at least 7 days’ notice, you will not receive a refund. The reservation fee of $5.00 is NOT refundable.

Example #3: If you reserve a 30 amp site for 6 weeks, you will be charged the monthly rate $677.00, plus 2 weekly rates ($191.00 x 2 = $382.00) for a total of $1,059.00 plus $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee = $1,064.00. If you choose to reduce your stay by one week and give the minimum 7 day notice, you will receive one week refunded $191.00 minus the $10.00 change fee for a total refund of $181.00.

If you reserve a site for a month or longer and decide to cancel your entire reservation, you must give a minimum 7 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 7 days’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee, forfeit one night’s camping fee and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee, forfeit 50% of camping fees and be refunded the remainder of your fees. Reservation fee of $5.00 is not refundable.

Example #4: If you reserve a 30 amp site for 6 weeks, you will be charged the monthly rate $677.00, plus 2 weekly rates ($191.00 x 2 = $382.00) for a total of $1,059.00 plus $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee = $1,064.00. If you decide to cancel your reservation and give a minimum of 7 days’ notice, you will receive a refund of $1,059.00 – $25.00 = $1,034.00.

If you give less than 7 days’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund of $1,059.00 – $25.00 = $1,034.00 – one night camping fees ($32.00) = $1,002.00. 

If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund of 50% of your total camping fees ($1,059.00/2 = $529.50) – $25.00 cancellation fee = $504.50.

Reservations for less than one month

If you would like to reserve a site for less than a month, you can access and start placing reservations on February 01, 2017 at 9:00am.

Two (2) week maximum stay sites: these sites can only be reserved for a maximum of two (2) weeks, then you must vacate the site.

The following 11 sites are 2-week maximum stay sites:

#16, 22, 24, 30, 34, 44, 49, 52, 59, 60, 66

If you reserve a site for less than a month and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give a minimum 72 hours’ notice prior to your arrival at the Park. You will be charged a $10.00 fee to make the change. The reservation fee of $5.00 is NOT refundable.

Example #5: If you reserve a 30 amp site for 10 days, you will be charged the weekly rate $191.00 plus 3 nightly rates ($32.00 x3 = $96.00) for a total of $287.00 plus the non-refundable $5.00 reservation fee = $292.00. If you change your departure date and only stay for a week and give the Park at minimum 72 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund of $96.00 – $10.00 fee = $86.00. If you do not give at minimum 72 hours’ notice, you will not receive a refund.

If you reserve a site for less than a month and decide to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum 72 hours’ notice prior to your arrival at the Park. You will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 72 hours’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee, forfeit one night’s camping fee and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit all fees paid. The reservation fee of $5.00 is NOT refundable.

Example #6: If you reserve a 30 amp site for 10 days, you will be charged the weekly rate $191.00 plus 3 nightly rates ($32.00 x 3 = $96) for total of $287.00 plus the non-refundable reservation fee of $5.00 = $292.00. If you decide to cancel your entire stay and give at minimum 72 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund $287.00 – $25.00 cancellation fee = $262.00.

If you give less than 72 hours’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund of $287.00 – $25.00 cancellation fee = $262.00 – one night’s camping ($32.00) = $230.00.

If you do not give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice or do not show up for your site, you will forfeit all fees paid.

Additional Camping Units

Please note that additional camping units being set up within a campsite must pay a fee.

Fees are listed below according to the campsite category:

– If a 30 amp campsite was reserved and paid for, the charge for a second camping unit (tent or trailer) is $28.00 per night and the charge for a third camping unit (tent only) is $23.00 per night.

– If a 15 amp campsite was reserved and paid for, the charge for a second camping unit (tent or trailer) is $28.00 per night. There is no charge for a third camping unit (tent only).

**Children’s tent are exempt from additional camping unit fees**

Overflow Campsites (#1-10)

All overflow sites are non-electric and cannot be reserved. These sites work on a “first come, first serve” policy upon arrival at the Park. These sites can be checked into no earlier than 11am. Full payment and a camping unit (tent or trailer) must be put into the site immediately upon arrival. These sites have a maximum stay of 2 weeks.

Group Camping Reservations

The Group Camping area is a large private area surrounded by trees. There are ten 30 amp plugins, fire pits, picnic tables, potable water access in the area, extra-large fire pit, and will fit approximately 7-8 large trailers, as well as tents and small trailers.

Reservations for Group Camping will be accepted by E-MAIL only starting on January 15, 2017 at 9:00am. The Park will respond to group reservations requests with confirmation and full payment will be required at time of confirmation. A $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee will be applied to each reservation.

If you are looking to reserve Group Camping for smaller groups and only want part of the Group Camping area, these reservations will start being accepted March 01, 2017 by E-MAIL ONLY. You must have a minimum of 3 trailers (if you cancel for one or more of the trailers and no longer meet the required 3 trailer minimum, you must still pay for 3 trailers to keep your reservation in Group Camping) and understand that the Park reserves the right to put other trailers and small groups in Group Camping at the same time. Larger groups that reserve the entire area will always get priority.

Refunds for Group Camping: If you reserve Group Camping and give a minimum of 7 days’ notice, you will receive a full refund minus the $5.00 reservation fee and a $25.00 cancellation fee; Less than 7 days’ notice but more than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a 50% refund minus the $5.00 reservation fee and a $25.00 cancellation fee; Less than 48 hours’ notice or if you do not show up for your reservation, there will be no refund.

Marina Reservations

Marina reservations will start being accepted by e-mail only on January 15, 2017 at 9:00am. The Park will respond to marina reservation requests with confirmation and full payment will be required at time of confirmation. A $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee will be applied to each reservation. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to get a full refund when cancelling a marina reservation.
