Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Reservations

If you would like to book a campsite for one month (28 days) or longer, you can start placing reservations from January 15, 2026 at 9:00am CST. These reservations must be completed using Letscamp.ca (our Online Reservation System). Please note that the monthly rate is applied to 28 nights, or 4 weeks. For example, if a site is rented for 31 nights, you will pay the monthly rate for 28 nights, then the nightly rate for 3 nights to equal 31 nights.

You can start placing reservations for any length of time from February 1, 2026 at 9:00am CST. These reservations must be completed using Letscamp.ca (our Online Reservation System).

Minimum number of nights to reserve a site is TWO (2) nights.

There is a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee applied to each transaction. Full payment plus the reservation fee is required before a reservation can be confirmed. A Visa or MasterCard will be required.

Check-in time 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. You will NOT have access to your site prior to 2:00pm. Camping unit(s) and all belongings MUST be removed from the site no later than 11:00am on your check-out date. Additional fees WILL be applied if you are not checked out by 11:00am.

Refunds are NOT given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, air quality, fire bans, liquor bans, getting lost, etc.

ONE (1) camping unit is permitted in each site, along with a kitchen tent and a small dependent tent (for children). At the discretion of and with permission from the General Manager, a maximum of TWO (2) camping units may be permitted per campsite. Additional camping fees for the extra unit will be required. A maximum of TWO (2) vehicles and ONE (1) boating unit is permitted at each campsite only if these all fit within that campsite. All other vehicles and boats must be parked in a designated parking area.

Reservations are held until noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date. If you do not notify the park directly of a late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled, all reservation and camping fees will be forfeited, and the park will have the right to rent the campsite to another camper.

Reservations for A Minimum of 114 Days

For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 114-night stay with a minimum 30 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee.

For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 114-night stay with a minimum 14 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 50% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee.

For a change to your booking with a minimum of 114- night stay with a minimum of 30 days notice, you will receive a refund of 100% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee.

Reservations for One Month or Longer

For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 28-night (one month) stay with a minimum 7 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee.

For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 28-night (one month) stay with a minimum 2 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 75% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee.

For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 28-night (one month) stay with 0 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 50% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee.

For a change to your booking with a minimum of 28- night stay with a minimum of 7 days notice, you will receive a refund of 100% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee.

Reservations for Less Than One Month

All sites MUST be booked for a minimum of two nights.

For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of 2-night stay with a minimum of 2 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. If you cancel with less than 2 nights’ notice, no refund will be rewarded.

For a change to your booking with a minimum of 2- night stay with a minimum of 2 nights notice, you will receive a refund of 100% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee.

Group Camping Reservations

The Group Camping area is a large private area surrounded by trees. There are ten (10) 30-amp plugins, ten (10) fire pits, ten (10) picnic tables, potable water access in the area, an extra-large fire pit, and can fit approximately 7-8 large trailers, as well as tents and small trailers.

Reservations for Group Camping will be accepted by E-MAIL ONLY starting January 15, 2025 at 9:00am CST. The park will respond to Group Camping reservation requests on a “first come, first serve” basis. Full payment will be required at the time of reservation confirmation. A $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee will be applied to each reservation.

Group Camping reservations for smaller groups interested in booking only part of the Group Camping area will start being accepted on February 01, 2025 at 9:00am CST by E-MAIL ONLY. St. Brieux Regional Park reserves the right to put other trailers and small groups in Group Camping at the same time.

What this means is that providing the whole group camping has not been previously booked, we will accept requests for smaller groups or individuals wishing to book a 30-amp site in group camping.  There is no longer a minimum to the number of sites required.  E-mailed requests will be accepted beginning Feb. 1st at 9:00 AM.  You will then be contacted to confirm and book your site once payment has been received.  Pricing will be the same as a 30-amp site.  A guaranteed site will be available on a first come, first serve basis when you arrive at the park.

All cancellation and change policies apply to Group Camping Reservations.

Marina Reservations

Marina reservations will start being accepted by e-mail only on January 15, 2026 at 9:00am CST. The park will respond to marina reservation requests on a “first come, first serve” basis. Full payment will be required at the time of reservation confirmation.
